We want you to love your O Twins Clothing Co items, but understand that sometimes items need to be returned for various reasons (wrong size, color, etc.). We accept returns of non-sale items within 30 days of your purchase if the item is in its original condition and has not been altered in any way. Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS. Items purchased on sale or using a discount code are NOT eligible for returns. Discounts CAN NOT be applied to previously placed orders!
Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs on returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you are shipping items that total over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
